VOÛS skincare currently delivers to all EU countries, Switzerland and Great Britain.
How high are the delivery costs?
Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and ItalyFree standard shipping for all orders over 50 € and 4.95 € for orders under 50 €. Switzerland, United Kingdom and other EU countriesFree standard shipping for all orders over 70 € and 9.95 € for orders under 50 €. Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland and SwedenFree standard shipping for all orders over 100 € and 16.95 € for orders under 100 €. Please note that the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not part of the EU. For this reason, any shipment from abroad is subject to customs duties and VAT.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
In Germany your order will arrive within 1-2 working days, in other EU countries, Switzerland and the UK within 2-7 working days, sometimes it can take a little longer for your package to arrive due to seasonal offers. We always update the current shipping times for each individual product directly in the product information and keep you informed by e-mail if there are any changes to your order.
Where does my parcel come from and which company delivers it?
Your parcel will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany. We ship all orders climate neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

Can I return my product?
Damaged/wrong productYou have 7 days to return your damaged/wrong products after you have received the order. In this case, go to our contact form and provide the details and we will take care of the rest. Please note that the items must be unopened. The return is free of charge for you.

For which skin types are your products suitable?
All our products are dermatologically tested and are suitable for different skin types such as dry skin, sensitive skin, normal skin, oily skin and combination skin.
How long can I store your product?
The expiry date is clearly printed on each product. You will also find information on the PAO (Period After Opening). Our Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Serum and our Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Cream both have 12 months PAO. This means that you can use them for 12 months after opening.
Where is your product manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in South Korea. We work with the best skin laboratories there.
Are your products vegan?
We do not use any animal ingredients in any of our products.
A product has caused a reaction on my skin. What can I do?
The compositions of our products are absolutely safe and have all been tested and approved in accordance with EU regulations. In addition, all products are dermatologically tested and approved - even for use on sensitive skin: if you notice permanent skin irritation or redness, please wash off the product immediately. We also recommend that you consult a dermatologist in this case to clarify possible allergies and intolerances.

Are you a clean beauty brand?

Does your product contain fragrances and/or essential oils?
All our products are free from any fragrances and essential oils.
Sustainability
Is your packaging sustainable?
All our products are packaged either in glass bottles or in recyclable material. In addition, our packaging is printed with soy ink to facilitate the recycling process and is FSC-certified.
Are your products free from animal testing?
We love animals and will never test on animals, nor will we sell our products to countries that require animal testing for cosmetic products.
